Owners Jeanette and Lyz see their community like a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) molded together from its surrounding environment, creating a protective environment to uplift and grow. As such, they provide not just gut-healthy kombucha drinks, but also a safe community space to learn and grow together. Jeanette’s sensitive stomach was the original inspiration for their small businesses, and what was a personal health decision turned into an entrepreneurial opportunity. You can find them at their South Lake Union taproom and at farmers markets in Everett, Issaquah, Seattle, Tacoma, and more.
